Great location, professional staff, clean.

The back entrance door did not lock & after reporting it, it remained unlocked.

Overall it was a nice, clean hotel in a safe area. Their was coffee and cookies in the lobby upon arrival. Our only complaints were that the toilet kept running & the back entrance door did not lock so anyone could get in. I reported this at night and was told it would be looked at, which it may have been, but when we checked out the next morning, it was still unlocked. ...read more

Microwave and refrigerator were not in every room, and should be.

A comfortable, convenient place to stay when visiting Yale University, only about 15 minutes away from the campus. Excellent staff.

The toilet broke, not once but twice. The staff gave us free breakfast.

Very clean and excellent, attentive, and a friendly staff.

The hotel seemed like a former two-star that was attempting to re-invent itself as a three-star, with recently refurbished rooms, a new nicer lobby, and amenities like a coffee station. However, the older two floor layout, dated exterior and the fact that there was only one elevator in the entire property kind of takes away from those efforts. I was put in a room with 2 connecting doors to other rooms. I could hear everything in other rooms. I was locked out the second night of my stay and had 2 walk around hotel to get key fixed.

We have stayed there before and like the location.

The restaurant attached to the hotel has terrible service. I've had 3 bad experiences there in my past 3 visits.

This is a nice hotel with a great location, nice exercise facilities, good pricing.
